nosebleed nose bleed question help

A couple of hours ago I sat down to do my daily surfing of the interwebs - as you do, and suddenly I felt my nose dripping with blood. It's a pretty frequent occurrence I'd say it happens at least once a month for the past 7-8 months or so now and I don't have any idea why. Does anybody else...
