They do incent advertising, but there's more non-incent, and soft-incent. So apply using non-incentive methods.

And what made you think this didn't belong in Self-Promotion? I understand this is your site but your asking members to sign up, and you have a referral link up, in webmasters the point is to advertise your website not get people to sign up with your referral link, I can see where you got it mixed up though. On topic, the website is actually a really good idea.

Safety, I understand where you're going with this, I just felt that since it didn't actually go to Adscend without intent from the user that it was fine.

My impression was that this subforum is for people to share the websites that they made. Mine just happens to involve Adscend.
