I think Pritell IP banned ranges a while back I'm not sure.
What do you need the VPS for?
You can try the one in my sig for $1 first month, But if you are looking to bot RSbuddy or w/e go try pritell.
Free VPSes last for a few days, so I guess you could use those to do whatever you wanted.

I already paid 1$ but my VPS did not got activated, I just lost my 1$ (I registered yesterday and paid)
