Buying Home Page design (Paying big $$)

I need someone to create me a Home Page for my site, Http://YouTube-Promos.com It needs to be professional, good looking, and fit for an eCommerce site. You will need previous work experience, and I will need to see your past works... You are free to use templates, or whatever else you want, it just has to work with my site (It will need to be comparable with any magneto theme, as I can change my theme if necessary).

Please post with your previous work + your rate (Either per hour or for the job) I am paying well as a better home page will = a decresed bounce rate = more sales = more $$ for me, but I expect good work if you want paid well.

If you have previous work exp that I can look at, and you make me a good site, then I don't care how much it costs. You increase my conversion rate by 1% you make me thousands of dollars

I have a horribly high bounce rate, and a really BAD conversion rate, so there is something about the Home Page that people don't like
