Does Web Design/Developement have a future?

I've been looking at several websites that now offer really nice templates for people to choose, tinker with and use for free as opposed to hiring a web design agency to build one for them.

Don't you think in the not too distant future people will be using this more and more and web design agencies will be no more?

Prefab and custom will always have a balance. There will always be someone willing to pay more to stand out.
