Its a good laptop and all but TBH, a waste of $900.

Your not going to college- so your laptop will be stationary, I do not see any info on fans and cooling - that will overheat EXTREMELY fast especially with all the gadgets likes LED, etc. ( You could of added cooling ) Your processor is junk compared to what you could have gotten, your videocard is good but could be better.

If you got a computer for 30% off you could get a 2600k + a gtx video card with much more customization, a bigger screen and a much smoother PC overall.

If you can still cancel, I would and rethink about buying a PC if you have the money.

Who gives a fuck if I'm not going to college? I wanted a laptop, I have absolutely no use for a fucking 4GHz i7 processor, 17.3" is fine for me.
About the cooling... Why the hell wouldn't it have a fan or two in it? Yeah, it's got a fan. The intake is on the back and the output is on the side. GTX graphics card? For what? Playing Crysis 2 while watching porn and downloading other shit? I'm not a huge gamer. Before you underestimate and call this a weak laptop, youtube it. I did. Portal 2 on max settings = 70 FPS.
I got what I needed and wanted. That's all that matters.
Oh, and the LED screen? Google LED Heat Energy. Light Emitting Diodes product little to no heat.

They don't overheat if you have proper cooling. You simply can't overclock a laptop processor. Just because the fan is running doesn't mean it is overheating. Wasted mechanical energy is turned into heat energy.

Realistically, people don't take their laptops to class with them. Maybe 10-15 out of lets say an average college size of 10,000+ take their laptops to class. It's a waste of space and it's added wait to haul around a large campus. Learn2college.

I'm in Year 12 (I'm 16) and most the year do carry around laptops, but I can't really say about college, because I'm not there yet
