How to add a banner to my TBN signature?(I +rep and Thank!)

I am trying to add this to my signature

except in image form. Help please!

Put the image first then click the image and input a url

Go to User CP (on top) -> Settings & Options (left) -> Edit Signature.

To post a banner, go with this format:

[URL=" http://yousitehere.com "][ IMG]http://yourimagelinkhere.com[ /IMG][ /URL][URL="http://%28yoursitehere%29"][IMG]http://%28imagelink%29[/IMG][/URL]
