A few days ago I discovered an easy way to get chicks to do what you want on Omegle.
Edit - this is my first tutorial

For this method you will need 2 things.
1. Manycam which you can get at http://manycam.com/
2. Kitten pictures which I have zipped up can be found here, or you can get your own.

Ok, on to the tutorial.
First download and install Manycam once you open it, it should look something like this

Once you have Manycam downloaded, extract the kitten pictures to somewhere you will remember. Next, click on sources - still images, then click 'Open new file(s)', and chose 'open folder...'

Once you have it open it should look something like this:

Then go to 'Effects - text over video' and un-check the 'Show ManyCam.com Logo'

Now for the fun part, getting the tits.
Click on 'Font' and load up a nice looking font, that doesn't attract too much attention. I used this one:

Now set the transparency to around 50% and write something like "I can haz titties?"

Now go to Omegle and click 'Video'
