How to remove Paypal limit?

My Paypal was just limited today after I received a fairly large payment.

The steps to remove my Paypal dont seem so hard but I have a few questions.

They want me to confirm my address,location, or to give them a photo id.

I dont want to confirm my location because they want you to put a credit card in. In the location option they want me to submit a file but I dont know what that file is or what it should contain.

Also where can I get a photo id (Im underaged)

Any help would be appreciated.

Why? From what I see I can just buy a prepaid credit card. LOL

Oh and my Paypal wasnt fake, I had all real info

you should send a photo id and a photo of an utility bill
but if you are underaged i don't know if you can lift your limit

Buy the prepaid if you have a landline phone, it's the quickest, easiest way.

Kytro, if its under ur real name, u got nothing to worry about..U can call em or just send em a pic and a piece of mail..they lift the limit quick.

thas why i just withdraw my money everytime i get.

If your accounts limited and asking confirm your address
Just sent them Any of utility bill Scan copy. Make sure the bill copy recently like under 6 months.

And, If you have not any utility bill your name, then just sent them Your Father or mothers Name utility bill Make sure your paypal address & your utility bill address is same. And tell them you have not any bill your name that's why you sent your parents name bill copy.

just buy vcc and add that in your paypal account

depends on the country you are in, if you are from the usa then VCC is a waste as it will not work, Underage? then send in a copy of photo id if don't have one goto your local police department and they will make you one for free since you are underage(USA Only).
