Are bots legal?

For instance, take club bing, back when it was big - if caught using a bot, COULD club bing prosecute you for doing so?

Is it against criminal or civil law (or both) to bot?

You're more likely to get a ticket for jaywalking across a dirt road. Or get stuck by lightning on a sunny day while humming 1920's showtunes. Honestly, it would probably be more cost effective for them to just kill you then to try and sue over using a bot.

Why use bots? Why can't we do things legit? And if you ask, yes I'm a coder and I know how to make bots.

I seriously don't think that they do something like that , and like aaaa said "I think if they did that, the world would be like 50% smaller"
