I agree with this. I just came back after a while and was confused as to why I couldn't view the marketplace anymore. Maybe have a sticky in the Questions & Help section? I imagine that's where people would go if they didn't know how to access the marketplace (I was going to post there if I couldn't find this in search). I would not have guessed to search the Announcements.
