Minecraft need help with permissions

Me and my friend just rent a multiplay Minecraft server, and we need serius help with permissions, I have the permissionsBukkit plugin install and I have the standard permissions file.
But we don't know how to setup the permissions, so I would love u if you can help us.

Try reading what the thread tells u, play around with it. If u still cant, then try using the other plugins or even NoPermissions(its like fake persmissions) this will replace permissions with OP only.
