This happened to me when I was around 10.

I was laying on the floor playing monopoly and I rolled and went to jail. I rolled over on my back and had the dice in my hand above my face. I dropped one and it hit one of my front teeth and chipped the shit out of it. (This might be hard to picture I just realized).

I went to the dentist about a week later and they fixed it up.
They should be able to do the same with you unless its chipped to your gum line.

I would call and complain to the highest person on the ladder you can get.
They may compensate you without you having to sue. (I've seen it done).

Well if i got bread from the store that had a rock in it first I would find the MFing company that put that bread package together and sue them and then i would go to the dentist lol. Getting money is obviously more important.
