You want to make the vb.net application select "Texas" in the webbrowser?

You need the HTML Code for search the ID..etc.

After know all the info needed you can use the code that provided promoguy :p

Alright, easiest is:
Webbrowser1.Document.getelementbyid("iRegion").Setattribute("value", textbox1.text)
Texas value = 33145
So in textbox1 put 33145. Other values can be found on the site, right click inspect element.

Or if he always want to choose Texas he can change textbox1.text for the value, this:
Webbrowser1.Document.getelementbyid("iRegion").Setattribute("value", "33145")
