Get a co.cc domain, get 000 webhosting and you are done, if you need to handle large ammounts of trafic get cloudflare... Woops you got fast web hosting for free with 1.5 GB of space with 2 layers of security and a reasonable looking domain name... also get word press, 1/3 of the web runs on it for a reason.
