Question about VPS Hosts

I wanna start a private server of an MMORPG game which requires MYSQL DB and 3 ports forwarded and port 80 and 99.9% uptime.
Anyone knows a good VPS that I can start this with 1GB Ram atleast and windows and good price? I was thinking to try 1and1.com but im not sure if their VPS can do this. Thanks in advance for who replies.

Those aren't very high requirements, any ole vps should be able to handle that. As long as they offer db access
