Random of several links

Since VB keygens are not an option right now, I want to create several fake txt or html files that will be uploaded to a PPD. I will put a download link on my site that I want to redirect to one of these downloads. I want the download that is redirected to to be random.

Does anyone know how i can go about this. Very new to html

You'd want to use PHP for this.
