Those are Creative Labs earbuds, I got a pair with my Dell laptop 3 years ago and I must say the real version of these is fucking amazing. Nice bass and really clear sound. Only issue is these are most likely cheap Chinese shit because they retail for ~$40 on Amazon.

Or you can spend the extra little money and get a pair of beats by dre that are good quality at DX. they were 4.20 a piece and i bought six and sold for 30 a piece at school.
quality blew me away for the price.
