Hey TBNers!

I have a paypal with $50 that is limited.

In order to un-limit it you have to submit a CC, Id, or proof of address.

Edit Price: $20 (Very Negotiable)

geek, the only problem is...u cant change the name on the profile, so ur the only one that has an id of urself, or has proof of addresss...s
so hmmm....lets think, cuz ill buy it for sure.

You can easily sell a limited PayPal (That has been limited for more than 180 days) for 50% of the amount of money on it...
