Can be $0 if you can code HTML/JavaScript. Plus you can easily get domains for free...

i would use curt's script, cause it is known and trusted.
but.. if you know how to do postbacks its easy

That depends. My domain I found a coupon code online so it was only $8 for a year of a .com, which is pretty cheap. Of course, you can get it even cheaper with the right deal but I only spent a few minutes searching and was able to get 20% off so I was happy at that.

Then the script really depends on which one. If you code it yourself it's free. If you use Curt's, it's $20 a month. If you get someone else to make one for you, you'll have to see what they charge. However, I think it's worth it because it's only halfway through the month and Curt's script has paid for itself.
