you wont be banned... i've used those guys for 8 months now. They are legit

i got paid 6 times already 183, 101, 211+ etc.

The traffic is 100% fine for adsense.
It isn't a traffic exchange.
As post above me said people have been using this for many months without any issues what so ever.
