What to do after I installed the things I need/want:
Here's how to keep it fast and clean just clean your cache, block ads, update your flash, scan for spyware and stuff with Hitman pro, run Firefox preloader if needed, do the about:config once, keep updated on the betas, clean your cookies, and set Fastefox to custom and leave it alone.

I put spoilers to keep lechers away :amuse:

Download this a run it on your profile under the Mozilla Firefox files [RUN BEFORE ALL OF THE TWEAKS]:

Get the latest Firefox beta
OR

Nightly [8.0a1 32 BIT]
Nightly [8.0a1 64 BIT]

Firefox Preloader [For slow computers I would recommend]

Get Hitman pro [Best and recommend]

Install this flash player

Download All of These Add-ons

Type in about:config and put the names in the bar and set these values
browser.sessionhistory.max_total_viewers 0
network.http.max-connections 48
network.http.max-connections-per-server 16
network.http.max-persistent-connections-per-proxy 8
network.http.max-persistent-connections-per-server 4
network.http.pipelining true
network.http.pipelining.maxrequests 100
network.http.proxy.pipelining true
nglayout.initialpaint.delay 600
browser.sessionstore.max_concurrent_tabs 0
content.notify.backoffcount 5
plugin.expose_full_path true
ui.submenuDelay 0
[ submenu dosen't work with the newer versions above 4.0]
network.dns.disableIPv6 true
javascript.options.jit.chrome true
[chrome javascript dosen't work with the newer versions above 4.0]
security.dialog_enable_delay 0
Network.http.max-persistent-connections-per-server 1
Not recommended but you can disable anti-virus scanners from scanning by doing:
browser.download.manager.scanWhenDone false

Not recommended for some websites but you can disable trackers/hackers from tracing you but this can sometimes make your internet faster:
network.dns.disableIPv6 true

Extra info:
Don't try to run programs in the background because it makes firefox run slower.

Results:
This is from the tweak the one on the right is the one I recently used with this guide

It's worth nothing that disabling your ipv6 support can end up kicking you in the butt once sites actually start using ipv6 ip addresses which is coming very soon. People are being told to disable the support to speed up their connection when it really does not slow anything down whatsoever and they are effectively making their browsers incapable of accessing those sites.

Your speedtests are useless and do not provide an accurate assessment of this "speeding up". As you can see the difference in ping is 76 and 16 which makes a huge difference, showing us that you were currently downloading/streaming/uploading something and the second image is without your bandwidth being used.
