VCC Creation Help!

Hey so I've been suck with this problem for DAYS!

Well, basically I'm using the basic method of making VCCs. Ent_ _ _ _ _

BUT, after I enter any info I get a error saying action not allowed.

I already tried everything I could think of, but still no resolution.

Help me out those of you who make VCCs.
