What's the meaning of posts in this forum

I need 15 post to get pm facility.I've 3 posts currently.
But i can't understand the post criteria.I've already made atleast 10 posts but profile is showing only 3.I've already got 2 Reputations due to my useful stuff for this forum.
Can anybody explain me

Some parts of the forum where you post don't count, e.g.:Slapdash

I always posted in freebies section.
Also my posts were not crap.I posted them because i need information or for any other reason
