Why is it whenever I download a bot it could never fetch my information? This always happends :/. I use google chrome?

If you meet the requirements, then make sure you are logged in to TBN (and that the cookie is saved on your computer from logging in) before you try to use the auth. I recommend firefox btw, best browser overall.

That may be your problem.
And you must post before you authenticate a bot, but you don't meet the requirements for any of the ones that actually use the TBN auth.
