Amazon is the way to go for used games imho. Gohastings is an amazing third party seller and amazon warehouse deals is amazing as well. Bought 2 games from each and they have been in amazing condition. Not to mention prices are usually lower than gamestop.
i would have to say craigslist but make sure the system isent band from the net work or hacked. but Gamestop/Eb games is always good too they put a garentee on it, i'm not sure how good it is but at least its tested
I've actually, like other members, used Goozex. For a Wii, you could just homebrew it and use a USB to load your games, I did that for my Wii, never paid for another game.
