Well I decided to contact Amazon today since it's been a month since they started ignoring my emails. Here's the convo so far: (posting it cause it made me laugh my fucking ass off irl)

Me:My Account was closed nearly a month and a half ago and I have been trying to contact an account specialist back since then and they refuse to respond to me. I had a large amount of money on the account that I would like back in the form of a giftcard. The account specialist has been given all the details for my account just refuses to respond to me. Is there a way I can contact the person in charge of the account specialists department? This is getting ridiculous.

Me:As I had said if you read my statement, I have provided an account specialist with all of that information. Yet they refuse to contact me back.

I found that the team took this action because they found this account related to previously closed accounts. In addition, all open orders have been canceled.
Me:I was told to make a new account by the specialist team.
I have emails from them telling me to.
Vinay:I'm sorry Coby, currently I don't have that information.
Me:So what you're saying is that even though the account specialist team told me to make a new account my account was closed due to the fact it was connected to another account? Was I supposed to falisfy my information to make a new account? And my question as well is why could the account specialist not tell me this a month ago instead of ignoring multiple emails?
Vinay:I'm sorry that you didn't received the e-mails. I see that a e-mail was sent from the team on July 15, 2011 regarding the confirmation that you're account was closed.
